Hi! This is my latest creation. A pair of beadwoven earrings inspired by the Pantone colour for 2014 - Radiant Orchid. The design is by the very talented and generous Sidonia Petki who lives in Italy.

Olá a todos! Estes brincos, inspirados na cor Radiant Orchid que a Pantone escolheu para 2013, são o meu último trabalho. O desenho é da muito talentosa e também generosa Sidonia Petki que vive em Itália.

Colecção / Collection EMERALD

O ano de 2013 foi declarado pela empresa Pantone como o ano do verde esmeralda. Este surge nas cores da moda para a Primavera/Verão como para o Outono/Inverno.
2013 was declared by Pantone as the emerald green year, this green shows up both in the Spring as in the Autumn forecast.

Este tom de verde não é dos meus preferidos. Gosto de um verde com mais amarelo e menos azul como este. No entanto, há que convir que o verde é uma cor energética e refrescante, adequada para o que se passa a nível mundial.
I'm not a fan of this green. I prefer shades with more yellow than with more blue as this one. Nevertheless, Emerald is an energizing and refreshing colour, I would dare to say that is right for what is going on in the world today.

Com base nestas tendências, usei o verde, esmeralda e outros tons, para criar uma pulseira. De forma a não ficar sozinha fiz ainda outra com um tom que combina muito bem: um bordeaux rosado, a que a Pantone chama Vivacious.

Following these trends, I used Emerald and other shades of green to design a bracelet and as I didn't want it to be an only child I designed another in a light burgundy, which Pantone is calling Vivacious.
